Id: 15702*what you will do*- supplier coordination:- maintain and update supplier information in the database/tools; - schedule and coordinate meetings with suppliers and internal team members; - follow up with feedback on meet and greet for suppliers and communicate response with suppliers; - assist with collectingsupplier onboarding information for new resources; - administrative support:- perform general administrative duties such as updating documentation, communication-related to supplier operations; - assist in preparing documentation related to supplier performance and compliance; - update supplier information and/or internal customer information and feedback in asana and/or other reporting tools; - data management:- maintain and update supplier-related databases/tools/tracking sheets and records accurately; - assist with compiling data on supplier performance and compliance; - manage regularly scheduled reports and take necessary follow up action (supplier timesheets, csat analysis); - financial reporting support:- regularly review and revise financial forecasts based on current data, ensuring accuracy and reliability; - utilize basic math skills to conduct calculations related to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, ensuring precise and error-free financial records; - assist in the preparation of financial reports, maintain financial databases, and support with various administrative tasks; - team collaboration:- work closely with the supplier management team and other department, delivery team; - provide support and assistance to team members as needed; - foster a collaborativeand positive working environment.
*must haves*- experience: minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally or nice to have in supplier management but open.
experience or knowledge of the it industry; - technical skills: proficiency in asana, jira, google suite, slack, sap fieldglass; - soft skills: strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
