the hr manager acts as expert and guarantor for a consistent, integrated hr management within the site(s) and acts as advisor for leadership, senior management, site management.the role will support all areas of hr including, employee development, talent review, performance management, assessment & selection, employee relations, compensation & benefits, company culture to ensure optimal employee engagement and retention.
*responsabilidades principales*- adapting & implementing hr policies, processes & systems: implementation on time, consolidation, standardization, quality, efficiency & accuracy.- operational capabilities: hr operational kpis: turnover %, absenteism, cost control, mandatory training hours, recruting ratios, % agency workers, etc.- performance improvement and individual development: training implementations, capabilities, t&s management according the objectives set according to the performance and comptencies standards.- labour regulations compliance: all processes/policies in line with employment legislation.
