- proactively identify and address any issues or delays that may arise during the onboarding process.
- work in partnership with recruiters/business areas to initiate, manage, and supervise background processes.
- use various tools such as ms teams, ms outlook, ats (successfactors), background system (clariti), new hire tracker (ms excel), and ticketing system to effectively carry out responsibilities.
- create and maintain a positive onboarding experience for all stakeholders.

- strong communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively while maintaining integrity.
- active listening skills to identify root causes of onboarding issues and facilitate swift resolutions.
- ability to manage onboarding flow and accurately update tickets in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- adaptability and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
- intermediate proficiency with microsoft office suites, including word, excel, and outlook.
