.as part of the services management team, lead a small-sized services country / line of business (vertical) / portfolio / practice leadership or resource team delivering high quality, commercially responsible, billable consulting business, providing technical expertise to meet the goals of the business.
provides mentorship, and if appropriate, sets the direction in own area of responsibility for the development and delivery of services consulting business and operations.
where appropriate, in partnership with the country management team, give to the sales and services pipeline strategy, understanding the services contribution requirements.
lead all aspects of allocated key projects, actively engaging to review effective services delivery aligned with the business guide, supervise customer satisfaction.
handle personnel decisions such as recruitment, training and development, performance management, etc., aligned with the regulations of the area.
give to, and where appropriate, lead the delivery of global initiatives originating from agreed global services priorities and strategy in own country or vertical.
*responsibilities*:- will be responsible for the full cycle of the internal staffing/resource management for allotted accounts which includes planning, identifying and allocating resources for projects.- engagement with the delivery managers and business managers to understand resource requirements.- keep in contact with resources/employees for explaining projects and setting expectations of the role, duration etc.- coordinate with various departments like recruitment, training, visa and employee relations for smooth functioning of rm activities.- will have to work on multiple reports hence needs to have advanced excel skills.- good communication skills- verbal & written, need basis have to work well with onsite counterparts hence.- project management: focus on right skill right job fitment while ensuring the resource in time.- engagement: steer events to build a culture of one-team, through strong networking, interaction, etc.- drive relevant strategies to the business teams; understand the businesscontext, formulate and implement appropriate strategy and approach to address the business situation.- develop/ own comprehensive solutions to address business problems; drive innovative analytical approaches across the broader team, conceptualize and implement solutions to ambiguous problems.- independently lead end to end communication with business leader, business leader staff, hr and recruitment and proficiency functions to ensure availability of right talent at the right place on right time.
