we are looking for a highly motivated and well-connected sales manager to spearhead our property management division.
the ideal candidate has a strong track record in closing deals, networking with high-net-worth clients, and generating new business opportunities.
key responsibilities
prospecting & lead generation
* identify and connect with real estate investors, property owners, and developers in mexico city.
* leverage personal network and industry contacts to generate leads.
* develop strategic partnerships with law firms, wealth managers, family offices to source referrals.
sales & business development
* present and sell property management services tailored to luxury and commercial properties.
* conduct meetings, site visits, and presentations with potential clients.
* negotiate service agreements and management contracts to close deals.
* work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
client relationship management
* maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage long-term contracts.
* provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
* stay informed about market trends, property laws, and competitive offerings.
requirements
* proven sales experience: minimum 5 years of experience in selling property management services, or a related field.
* network & connections: strong existing network of real estate investors, developers, and property owners.
* track record: demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
* market knowledge: in-depth understanding of the mexico city luxury and commercial real estate market.
* excellent communication skills: strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
* self-starter & results-driven: highly motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
* tech-savvy: comfortable using crm tools and digital sales platforms.
commission plan
* monthly recurring commission: earn up to 20% of the management fee for the first 12 months per signed property.
* bonus structure: additional bonuses for reaching sales milestones.
* projected monthly income: progressive earnings can reach mxn 100,000+.
* no earnings cap – the more you close, the more you earn.
