.regional deputy director of administration & hr @ ctg latam | hr managementchina three gorges latam, leading renewable energy company, is seeking a operations and maintenance manager to join our team based in mexico city.corporate overviewchina three gorges latam is a wholly owned subsidiary of ctgi, incorporated in september 2020, with the goal of investing in the development, construction, and operation of clean energy and power distribution business in latin america.responsibilitiesmanagement of all the guarantees and warranties given by epc and o&m contractors.management of all the insurance policies and insurance claims.optimize the performance of the projects.prepare the generation forecast and yearly budget.manage the opex for each project.deliver timely reports expected by asset management and lenders.monitor all the permits and contracts required to operate the project.prepare technical specifications to hire specialized services and run the tender process.coordinate/interface with engineering, legal, finance, and energy market consultancy needed to ensure effective execution of the operations.create and control budgets, schedules, and deliverables for each of the projects.technical assessment for power projects regarding the main equipment such as panels, inverters and trackers, transformers, power substations, and transmission lines.manage all the contracts and agreements related to operations of the projects under their supervision.conduct and control all the o&m activities of the assets: operational contracts, facility management, health and safety management of people, environment, relations with communities and local stakeholders, to ensure compliance with performance, availability, and efficiency levels set forth on the budget.supervise site managers to maintain compliance with contractual conditions under the standards defined by the company.reporting (on a periodic basis): collect data, prepare reports, and follow up, both at country and corporate level.coordinate and control procurement processes, ensuring that ctgi procurement policy for the purchase of supplies and services are complied.ensure the efficient management of the spare parts stock.qualificationscollege degree in electrical engineering, electronic engineering, electromechanical engineering or related field.desired master's degree related to the energy sector.3-5 years of experience as a regional/area o&m manager in renewable energy power plants.other valuable courses: degree in renewable energy sources, especially oriented to photovoltaic solar energy, communications and computer, risk prevention training, environmental management training, assets management skills, wholesale electricity market training.fluent in spanish and english.experience working with multicultural teams.leadership and personnel management training
