we are looking for a customer project manager to coordinate and project manage all deployment operations for our hyperscaler’s customer contracts within the assigned market area. You will be accountable to deliver it equipment and services to our hyperscale cloud customer locations across +80 countries (managing +200 customer purchase orders). This role involves coordinating the movement of goods from our distribution centers to customers' sites, optimizing transportation routes, tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery while achieving the best balance between customer service and cost-effectiveness. Also, you will be overseeing the importing and exporting process of a product.

what you will do
1. project execution (logistic/supply chain services): ensure that you provide high-quality, efficient, and effective delivery of it equipment for customer’s compute and network/transport hw equipment (hpe, cisco, juniper, arista, ciena, etc).
2. performance assurance: secure that contract sla for service delivery is achieved. Further enhance our performance measurement systems to evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our delivery processes.
3. quality: further develop and improve our quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
4. stakeholder management: ensure good relationship and communication with the country local teams and maintain an updated contact matrix, clarify r&r between the ma cpm & the local teams, improve the control and quality of the contract (ensuring the success of a project, program, or activity).
5. risk & safety management: identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery. Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential issues.
the skills you bring
1. a bachelor’s degree or higher education.
2. solid experience in a combination of supply chain & logistic management, sourcing, large-scale program delivery, and trade compliance.
3. extensive project management experience with both internal and external service delivery programs and success working with demanding customers.
4. knowledge of and experience delivering using ericsson’s supply chain and sourcing processes.
5. strong track record of engaging and building trust with internal and external stakeholders.
6. fluent english.
