*mid*- bs in business management, marketing, international trade, or agriculture business management, marketing, international trade, or agriculture.- 3-5 years in commercial environment is preferred- responsible for portfolio of customers, works independently, interaction with customer has direct impact on customer relationship.- good knowledge of business processes related to own, discipline proactively anticipates developments- operational/tactical- works under general supervision, is able to work without supervision for periods of time.- notices bottlenecks, suggests solutions and attunes with senior colleagues when needed.
*key activities and general responsibilities*sales- responsible for achieving the commercial targets with designated customer base- selling through full portfolio of ingredients to existing customer base through relationship building, ingredient and market knowledge, and effective contract negotiations.- responsible for accuracy and timeliness of contract book execution (customer pulls against contracts)systems- setting up customers and vendors in the erp system- managing accurate crm system data in the erp systems and offline databasescustomer service- assuring optimal customer satisfaction- assure proactive follow up on any complaints / claims received, oversee timely response and resolution with customer.
