*responsibilities*:
- review and analyze data, with your people partner, to identify trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- collaborate with senior colleagues, management, and leadership to support and implement programs and initiatives that drive a positive employee experience
- ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local regulations
- advise on the best practices regarding internal policies, labor regulations and people related procedures
- maintain, review and update policies, procedures, manuals, and training documentation
- participate in broader people management priorities and initiatives
*requirements*:
- at least 2 years of general hr experience in a fast-paced, innovative workplace
- preferred experience in a global organization, working with geographically dispersed, diverse teams
- passionate about teamwork with excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and comfortable speaking with both employees and managers in english
- self-starter, responsive, with a customer service approach to employee needs
- brilliant interpersonal and presentation skills, persuasiveness, and ability to professionally navigate in unfamiliar circumstances
- experience with excel and powerpoint
- proven history supporting a us-based population desirable, with understanding of us labor law regulations
