Your expertise will play a key role in shaping our workforce and ensuring our recruitment strategies align with organizational goals. key responsibilities: manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of specialized and technical roles.develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through active sourcing, networking, and leveraging recruitment platforms.conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide detailed recommendations to hiring managers.collaborate with department leads to understand hiring needs and craft effective job descriptions.ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.build and maintain partnerships with local universities, recruitment agencies, and job boards.utilize and manage applicant tracking systems to organize and streamline hiring processes.provide data-driven insights and reports to inform recruitment strategies and decisions.assist in developing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. skills & qualifications: outstanding verbal and written english skills.proven experience intalent acquisitionor recruitment roles, with a focus on technical profiles desired.proficient inmicrosoft office suite(word, powerpoint, excel).
