our mission is to connect top-tier technical experts with companies driving innovation in industrial automation across the us and mexico.role objective:the sales development representative (srd) will be responsible for generating qualified leads, improving company sales, and supporting the growth and development of the sales department.
this fully remote role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills who can effectively support sales efforts in both the us and mexico markets.key responsibilities:proactively research, identify, and generate new business opportunities and qualified leads in the industrial automation sector.build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients focused on robot programming and plc programming staffing needs.reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels.schedule meetings and presentations between prospects and the senior sales team.support the development and optimization of sales strategies, processes, and tools to improve lead generation and sales performance.collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns targeting automation companies.provide regular updates and reporting on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and sales performance.stay informed about industry trends, competition, and client needs to effectively position company services.required qualifications and skills:fluent in english (spoken and written) – a mustminimum of 3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar sales role (staffing or automation industry experience preferred)proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales targetsknowledge of industrial automation, robotics, and plc programming staffing needs (preferred but not mandatory)excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsproactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionstrong organizational and time management skillsability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insightsproficiency with crm systems, linkedin sales navigator, and other sales toolsbilingual (english and spanish) is a plus, given the support for mexico saleswhat we offer:fully remote position with flexible working hours (40 hours per week)competitive salary and performance-based incentivesopportunity to work with a growing company / high-demand industrycareer development and growth opportunities within the sales departmentsupportive team culture and direct impact on company successjoin us:if you are a results-driven sales professional passionate about connecting talent with opportunity in the automation industry, we want to hear from you
