*what are your contributions to the team?*:
- provide guides and lead the implementation for core tools, lean and six sigma tools,
- provide guide and be an strong leader on problem solving techniques and root cause identification
- provide guides on inspection programs and inspection plans in accordance with engineering and manufacturing requirements. Validate alignment, tolerances, tools, equipment, fixtures and all facts involved on this stage.
- analyze and identify opportunities for improvement in manufacturing processes that help reduce nonconformities that impact the production line.
*how to thrive in this role?*:
- you are graduated with a professional degree in aeronautics, electromechanics, electrical, industrial or mechanical engineer administrator and you have english advanced (written and spoken)
- you have 8 years of experience in a quality control and/or problem solving (automotive, manufacturing or electrical industry) preferred
- you have technical (skills, knowledge & software): sap, ncms, catia, gd&t, microsoft office (word, excel, power point, microsoft project)
- you have lean manufacturing, six sigma, problem solving, quality tools and control plan.
- you have experience on lead manufacturing projects
- you have teamwork, drive for results, developing others, team leadership, influencing others, holding people accountable, communication, problem solving, strategic outlook, managing emotions.
