The event & webinar coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing events and webinars to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

the ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in startups, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
key responsibilities: plan, organize, and execute both virtual and in-person events, including webinars, workshops, and brand activations.
coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and travel arrangements.
collaborate with the marketing team to align event goals with broader business objectives.
manage event timelines, budgets, and post-event evaluations.
support the creation of promotional materials and communication campaigns for events and webinars.
serve as the main point of contact during events, ensuring smooth execution and attendee satisfaction.
research and propose innovative ideas to enhance attendee engagement and event success.
build and maintain relationships with partners, speakers, and vendors.
requirements current marketing student or recent graduate with a strong academic record.
at least 2 years of experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
excellent organizational and project management skills.
strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
flexibility to travel and manage events outside of regular working hours.
proficiency in tools like google workspace (docs, sheets, slides) and familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., zoom, microsoft teams).
