what you'll do
this role requires accurate processing, recording, and collecting payroll data, ensuring that all work hours, benefits, and statutory and voluntary deductions are logged and implemented accurately.
responsibilities:
1. end-to-end payroll processing
2. provide accurate payroll processes for an assigned group and ensure payroll compliance.
3. perform daily operations by calculating, controlling, and issuing pay slips, and correcting pay discrepancies.
4. process manual off-cycle checks, align with company policies and procedures and payroll tax regulations
5. tax payments as well as reconciliations

our minimum requirements for this role:
6. bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
7. 4+ years of payroll experience.
8. proficient in english with the ability to listen and communicate verbally and in writing.
9. proficient experience in using microsoft office suite (outlook, word) with emphasis on advanced excel knowledge
10. mexico payroll processing in adp globalview(sap)
preferred qualifications:
11. experience with tax payments and reconciliation, accounting functions such as reconciliation of gl
