we're excited to welcome a customer support specialist to our client's latam team. You will be helping users get the most out of the company's product by providing them tips, solutions, and guidance. To be successful, you should be an excellent communicator who earns the clients’ trust by understanding their problems and resolving them with grace.
responsibilities:
* responding to clients’ technical and general queries on all support channels quickly and professionally
* working closely with technical support team to find fixes for reported bugs
* analyzing clients’ issues and feedback to suggest improvements to our clients and keep our knowledge base up to date
* discussing customer issues and feedback with various teams in order to improve the product
qualifications, skills and key competencies:
* demonstrated patience and professionalism in handling complex situations.
