requirements: bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
minimum of 3 years of experience as a salesforce business analyst or in a similar role.
strong knowledge of salesforce platform, including sales cloud, service cloud, and appexchange.
familiarity with apex, visualforce, and lightning components.
excellent verbal and written communication skills.
strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and optimise solutions.
experience in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
salesforce certified business analyst or equivalent certifications preferred.
fluency in english is required; german language skills are a strong advantage.
