1. customer creation and customer master data maintenance
2. financial analysis to determine customer credit line
3. credit line increase process & overdrafts control (tracking – approvals)
4. guarantee management (safeguard – renewals – archive)
5. cash applications & payment tax receipts
6. account reconciliations
7. invoice and account statement submission
8. order releases with credit holds
9. doubtful account reserve (monthly calculation – budget – fire notes related)
10. liaison between sales and legal for contracts, nda, guarantees.
11. salesforce customer creation implementation
12. continuous improvements in processes
qualifications
13. bachelor's degree in business administration / accounting or similar
14. intermediate english
15. experience: in finance or accounting analysis and interpretation of financial statements financial ratios customer risk assessment
16. knowledge:sapexcel advanced power bi (desirable)
17. skills:analyticalorganizedproactivecustomer service oriented
