Purpose of the position
1. Comply with safety metrics (zero accidents, disabling days, major incidents)
2. Meet quality objectives. Meet monthly volume to obtain sales results.

4. Develop the skills of middle management (leadership, problem solving, projects).
Main activities (roles)
1. Actively participate in daily 9:15 area performance meetings
2. Maintain a safe work environment.
3. Ensure the execution of audits by the group head.
4. Monitoring of quality systems to eliminate red labels and/or customer complaints (current forums)
5. Participation in tracking critical part numbers.
6. Maintain the scrap metric within the target according to sales.
7. Management of operational and technical personnel.
8. Compliance with performance metrics. (category plan, winning turn)
problem solving and decision making (responsibility and authority)
1. Conflict management
2. Avoid line stoppages following the production plan.
3. Ensure that all direct employees comply with the basic and specific training to perform the position
4. Timely changes to the production plan
5. Track scrap results and request action plans
6. Ensure that middle management leaders comply with day-to-day process audits.
