we are expanding our global shared service centers footprint by establishing a new shared service center in mexico city to serve the americas (north america and latam) with roles representing product, technology, sales operations, inside sales, customer service and finance.
this new shared service center will build on the existing established centers in asia (india and the philippines), europe (poland) and americas (costa rica).

*about you*
you're a fit for the role of* a&t *business analyst* if you have:
- * senior* *business analyst* 5+ years of working knowledge in tax or billing software development lifecycle environment
- has a strong understanding of, and commitment to, lean product and software development values and principles.
- has a solid understanding of lean/agile tools, techniques and frameworks (eg scrum, kanban).
- is detail-oriented and can communicate complexity eloquently to peers and stakeholders.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- has experience working with collaboration software for development teams (eg jira, ado).
*the following skills are also desirable*:
- accounting degree, advanced degree preferred, and 5 years tax accounting experience.
- the following experiences are a plus: prior use of tax compliance or time billing software and prior experience in tax or billing software development.
