qualifications:
* excellent english level with strong communication skills.
* + 3 years of experience in recruitment and its processes from start to finish.
* extensive experience recruiting american talent (must).
* primary experience recruiting candidates with 5-10+ years of experience (sr., director, manager and vp positions).
* recruiter 1: specific experience in the it field, recruiting (must-have): software, data, cyber and computer science/engineering placements.
* recruiter 2: specific experience in renewable energies, oil & gas and related field.
* boolean expert.
* excellent attention to detail.
* ability to learn and adapt quickly.
* persistence and resilience.
* visa and passport (plus).
key responsibilities:
client & account management:
* act as the primary point of contact (poc) for designated client accounts.
* conduct intake and job qualification calls independently.
* effectively manage client communication and the recruitment process.
* build strong relationships with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and talent strategies.
sourcing & recruitment (essential):
* source candidates for niche and in-demand positions, delivering high-quality, grade a talent.
* manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
* process management
* closing and offer negotiations
* ensure adherence to recruitment processes, standards, and ways of working.
* expected to spend 10-20 hours per week on the phone with candidates and possibly clients.
* expected to call and deeply qualify candidates, ask questions to vet their experience and understand their career goals.
* expected to build strong relationships with candidates.
