*what you'll do*- manage a portfolio of uber eats restaurant partners, helping them thrive on our platform- upsell marketing products like ads and promotions to boost merchant success- standardize best practices in merchant success and refine processes within your territory- collaborate with operations and sales teams to address merchant questions, issues, and relationship management- track and review merchant kpis and okrs to understand performance, identify challenges, and spot new opportunities- share insights to foster a results-focused mindset within the team- provide hands-on support in vendor management, training, and introducing new features or products to merchants- represent uber eats' mission, brand, and product with pride!
