*what you'll do*
- manage a portfolio of uber eats restaurant partners, helping them thrive on our platform
- upsell marketing products like ads and promotions to boost merchant success
- standardize best practices in merchant success and refine processes within your territory
- collaborate with operations and sales teams to address merchant questions, issues, and relationship management
- track and review merchant kpis and okrs to understand performance, identify challenges, and spot new opportunities
- share insights to foster a results-focused mindset within the team
- provide hands-on support in vendor management, training, and introducing new features or products to merchants
- represent uber eats' mission, brand, and product with pride!
*what you'll need*
- 3+ years in sales, account management, operations, or a related field
- proficiency with data tools like excel, google sheets, tableau, or python
*preferred qualifications*
- ability to make commercial data accessible for merchant partners through charts, visuals, and storytelling
- proven experience upselling promotional products and ads
- excellent communication skills and critical thinking abilities
- expertise in cold-calling and outreach strategies
- background in e-commerce or marketplace environments
