As a territory leader - poza rica, you will develop relationships and sales results for the comex brand, working with our dealers to improve sales growth.
*key responsibilities*
- you will coordinate with the important training center the training programs according to the needs of the area and the structure of the dealership.
- you will build the strategy and commercial agreement together with the dealer, negotiate improvements in points of sale, openings, field sales team and productivity bonuses.
- you will make visits to the assigned points of sale and visit external customers (carpenters, blacksmiths, hotels and industrial warehouses).
- you will monitor the level of service and experience compared to end customers, analyze the market, add indicators to understand the behavior of the point of sale.
*qualifications*
- bachelor's degree and advanced level of english.
- 5 years of proven experience in commercial, retail or technical knowledge of a product.
- based in poza rica or willing to relocate.
- 5+ years with management skills such as information analysis and negotiation.
