*responsibilities*
- download the daily shipment program from the backlog at 7:00 a.m.
- meeting with staff 8:30 a.m. (start-up meeting)
- meeting with cell leaders and top star leader (shipments 5 days in advance)
- together with supervisors and cell leaders, check the orders of the day, next three days, every day.
- check capacity by area and establish if extra time is required or if we can lend staff to the area that is required, send staff to a second shift in areas that only have daytime intake when our installed capacity is less than the required capacity.
- search and establish orders that can be pulled from the following month when we do not have the money goal that was established.
- carry out and update auditing of layers, give support to the auditors in the closing of actions.
- review of the backlog weekly and establish orders at risk due to capacity, lack of material or process.
- training for supervisors, cell leaders and operational personnel, establish annual training with human resources.
- actively participate and provide solutions when applied with the staff in silver projects.
- audit hour by hour format in all areas.
- lean follow-up, actively participate and lead the plant's lean must do strategy (hpt, tib, vsm and layers audit).
*qualifications*
- bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
- personnel management, 3 years of experience in line balancing, production programming, teamwork, leading high-performance groups.
