we are looking for an energetic and passionate leader who can drive jazwares business to the next level with best-in-class strategy, tactics, and execution.
the key account manager will work across an exciting portfolio of brands, build relationships with buyers, expand assortment, analyze data, navigate an ever-changing landscape, and work collaboratively within the department.
*what you'll be doing*:
- accomplish targeted sales objectives consistent with the annual business plan
- increase overall revenue in conjunction with profitable growth at account level
- attend toy shows, make presentations and be knowledgeable of all product lines
- uncover business opportunities with account(s) and work with internal partners to create customized plans to drive results
- conduct weekly buyer meetings and periodic business reviews to refine inventory forecasts and promotional planning
- analyze market trends and client needs for the development and performance of sales activities in assigned market
*what we're looking for*:
- bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- * 2- plus years' national sales and walmart account management exp*.
- experience with incoterms shipping knowledge
- retail, consumer product goods experience preferred
- store and online selling experience a plus, ideally with walmart
- effective selling & communication skills and confidence will be keys for success
- goal-oriented mindset to drive to our numbers
- strong skills in selling, forecasting, execution and having a 360-degree business perspective
- trade marketing experience, including category management, site merchandising, and promotional planning preferred
