prepare and present regular reports to leadership on key hr metrics, including turnover, headcount, and employee engagement.

partner with the hiring manager and talent acquisition team to identify staffing requirements aligned with organizational goals.
qualifications requirements at least [3-5] years of experience in an hr role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
must be able to work in a manufacturing environment and walk through production areas.
experience in plants is a must.
proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
strong understanding of labor laws and regulations within manufacturing settings.
experience with employee relations, performance management, and talent development in a unionized or non-unionized environment.
strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex employee issues.
excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
proficiency in hr software and microsoft office suite.
experience in performing and managing hr investigations and reporting.
highly accurate and detailed-oriented.
comfortable presenting to a group.
