This position is the main point of contact for our clients.
it is in charge of managing the resources, strategies, and projects of the organizacion in coordination with operational leaders and support areas, to ensure profitability, process improvement, and partnerships with our clients.
*activities*
- serve as the primary point of contact for customer building and maintain strong, long-lasting relations.
- present the account results to the directive board and the external customer, identifying improvement opportunities.
- ensure compliance with the norms and internal politics of the department.
- monitoring the operational leadership to grant the accomplishment of the account's goals.
*requirements*:
- must have advanced english skills c1
- a minimum of 4 years of experience as an account manager or operations manager in a bpo industry.
- knowledge of key performance indicators for bpo.
- analysis and interpretation of financial statements.
- must have exceptional communication skills.
