.*we help the world run better*summary & role information*:as part of rise with sap, several strategic and very large customers start their transformation journey towards cloud along with sap ecs using an enhanced delivery model. The ecs mee large customer operations organization (lco) has been setup to provide the right level of service with a dedicated team within sap enterprise cloud services for these large strategic customers.while acting in lco as subject matter expert (sme), you will focus in your area of expertise to optimize all related activities, from planning to execution, implementation and operational support and have the team trained to scale. Beside we will need your expertise during execution and in supporting the resolution of major incidents.we're looking for an enthusiastic and action-oriented colleague who is willing to take ownership and accountability to help our team to reach the next level for excellent service delivery.*key responsibilities and tasks*- analyze current landscape setups, goals and challenges in order to suggest continuous improvement and innovation- execute proactive periodic support and maintenance activities- design software lifecycle procedures in strong collaboration with ecs cloud operations and support service delivery in all lifecycle phases- deep dive on issues, supporting delivery teams to perform and drive root cause analysis to completion- based on project demand work might include weekends or public holidays- mentor and guide junior members of the team*experience (role requirements)*:- bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following areas: computer science, engineering, information management, mathematics or comparable.- understanding of ecs operations infrastructure, processes and automation tools like spc, tic etc. is beneficial.
