- align the program with the organization’s strategic goals.
- develop a roadmap and high-level plans for delivering value over time.
- communicate with stakeholders at all levels (executives, clients, team leads).
- manage expectations and ensure alignment across the organization.
- serve as the point of contact for program-related matters.
- oversee multiple projects within the program.
- ensure projects are progressing on time, on budget, and within scope.
- resolve dependencies and conflicts between projects.
- coordinate resources across projects.
- balance priorities and optimize resource allocation.
- identify and fill skill gaps or resource needs.
- identify risks across the program and develop mitigation strategies.
- monitor risk levels and respond proactively.
- make sure the invoices to clients are sent on time and according to contract.
- track overall program progress and performance.
- provide status reports to leadership
experiência y requisitos
bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field.
- minimum of 5 years’ experience in program management.
- bilingual english/spanish
- us visa
- proven stakeholder management skills.
- proven experience working in a manufacturing environment
- thorough understanding of project/program management techniques, tools and methods
