*responsibilities*:- this role will be a leader in support of the q&c digital strategy and ecosystem.- lead the q&c regional digital portfolio creation and implementation in partnership with the regions and global teams.- connect end to end with supply chain, r&d, and commercial to define key areas of opportunities and business problems to solve.- collaborate to build end-to-end solutions and prioritize initiatives based on value creation.- lead the digital adoption plan in collaboration with the global and regional teams and provide training and guidelines on how to use digital tools.- provide feedback and recommendations on data analyses (statistics and advanced analytics) and visualization to guarantee user adoption and create a high user experience (ux/ui)
