participates in the analysis and elaboration of action plans for the continuous improvement of kpi's.
tracks team efficiencies for improvement
ensures compliance with the kpi's assigned.
delivers a humanized attention and friendly treatment to all workers of the company.
enforces quality standards and ensures product meets specifications
oversees and ensures an efficient and cost-effective flow of product through the production system
ensures compliance with standard operational work practices including e1 requirements to maintain accurate inventory levels.
controls the maintenance of order, hygiene, and safety in the workplace based on the principles of the 5 s's.
ensures the follow-up of work procedures.
coordinates training for their team.
conducts informative meetings with the team.
corrects and informs in a timely manner, deficiencies detected in the production process.
evaluates the personnel in charge.
protects the integrity of each individual in their work areas, creating a culture of detection of unsafe acts and conditions.
ensures the personnel in charge use the personal protective equipment assigned to the operation.
scope & impact:
this role is responsible for the plant targets related to csc and uph area, considering the ehs, quality, and aop objectives for the plant.
minimum requirements:
bachelor's degree in related field with 0 - 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
at least three years of experience as a work group leader.
experience in têxtile cutting processes using cnc machines (gerber) and its subsequent processes.
knowledge in time and motion studies, sop, and vswi generation.
ability to develop effective communication between work groups.
exceptional leadership, coaching qualities, trouble-shooting skills, teamwork, influencing outside the department, safety, and 5s.
computer package management.
experience with office (excel, outlook).
creation and interpretation of graphical reports.
english basic proficiency.
up to 5% travel required.
preferred requirements:
master's degree.
e1 experience.
supervisory responsibilities:
up to thirty (30) direct reports.
