*must-have*
the software developer must have a minimum of *8* years of relevant industrial experience in the following:
- programming in asp.net mvc, c#, jquery, angularjs.
- proficiency with sql server databases (2016 or newer) including transact-sql, stored procedures, and triggers.
- building reports in sql server reporting services (ssrs).
the developer must have a bachelor's degree in a science or technology related degree passed at a high standard, and ideally, this will be in computer science or a similar degree with a strong focus on programming and database design.
*additional*:
the software developer should also ideally have experience of:
- designing, building, testing, and deploying financial software for the asset management industry.
- building processes using service broker within sql server.
- experience in git version control, ideally in azure devops.
- experience in using jira for software development lifecycle management.
- working closely with distributed development and testing teams in global locations.

- the developer must be able to break down, understand, communicate and resolve complex technical problems.
