Provides advanced administrative support to teams, departments, functions, or locations. Exercises discretion and judgment in performing tasks. Arranges travel itineraries, schedules and coordinates meetings using various types of media, handles electronic and telephonic correspondence, and collects and analyzes complex data to prepare reports. This role may require occasional customer facing duties, overseeing the daily administrative operations of an office/facility and provide guidance and/or training to other employees.
