you will closely collaborate with ruckus field sales teams and management to identify targets that grow commscope's business and position our solutions. This includes new business opportunities for end-users through our ecosystem of partners: channel distributors, installation business partners, consultants, engineers, general contractors, and integrators.
your impact
* energetically support field sales and ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities and lead them through to completion.
* qualify new business leads using publications, both print and digital, and forward them to the field team or ecosystem as needed.
* use commscope resources for product expediting, pricing, technical support, etc., to meet customer expectations.
* manage opportunities in crm and use it for account planning.
* become a champion for implementing the commscope sales methodology.
* follow up on inbound leads generated by external tools.
* complete call-out campaigns and cold calling of outbound clients.
* overcome objections from prospective customers.
* identify potential opportunities through research.
* create and deliver qualified opportunities.
* maintain and expand our database via d365 and sfdc.
* ensure follow-up with calls to action, dates complete profile of information, etc.
* convert inbound calls into sales leads.
* through creative thinking, identify new fields of play and opportunities that position commscope as the lead solution choice.
required qualifications
* a completed bachelor's degree or two years of sales experience.
* proficient in english and spanish (written and spoken).
* previous b2b selling experience in similar areas for 6-12 months.
