we are still recruiting!We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized and smart financial administrator to take care of all our financial accounting of our chain of gudis mini-supers.
in this role, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations (incl permits), financial reporting and payroll.
*key responsibilities*:*financial record keeping and reporting*:- maintain accurate financial records- prepare and process invoices, payments.- perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial accounts.- prepare and analyze weekly financial reports.
*payroll processing*:- manage and oversee the payroll processing for all employees, including salary, overtime, commissions, and bonuses.- ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll on weekly basis.- review and approve payroll data changes, including new hires, terminations, and adjustments.you will be part of the small management team, giving direction to our chain of mini-supers and aiding in the expansion.
