job summary the operations technician is responsible for maintaining, completing setups, and repairs of the equipment of the production lines.
he/she is responsible for ensuring that all nonplanned maintenance work assigned to him/her for all the production equipment is performed, keeping the expected levels of the department in the gmps (good manufacturing practices).
duties & responsibilities responsible for the adjustments/setup of the manufacturing equipment and their corresponding documentation.provides support to manufacturing for the timely repair of equipment and machinery.performs corrective and emergency nonplanned maintenance activities according to the approved methods and documentation.participates in the transfer of new production lines.provides recommendations and technical support in new projects and oac.complies with all the safety policies of the company and other safety precautions within the work area.ensures compliance with the responsibilities of the environment management systems (ems).enters daily tasks in ecmms or in the system assigned for that purpose.responsible for the management of the cmms maximo maintenance system for juarez, regarding maintenance planning tasks.responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.performs other duties assigned as needed.experience and education technical career or equivalent, applicable to: mechanics, electric, electro-mechanics, electronics, metrology, instrumentalist.3 to 5 years of experience and/or related training preferably.required knowledge, skills, abilities, certifications/licenses and affiliations knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation preferably in the medical industry.bilingual, spanish/english, preferably.knowledge of maximo system (computerized system for the management of maintenance), preferably.johnson & johnson is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
