te connectivity's account management teams are responsible for selling te's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.
what your background should look like:
role statement:
responsible for generating and managing all the sales in a geography & customer segments in mexico for the energy division.
key tasks of the job:
1. generate demand & specify te products by field trials on new and existing products, technical presentations, seminars, customer visits, etc.
2. manage, streamline, and consolidate the distribution & representative channels in his respective geography.
3. based on customer feedback, provide input to te product management and engineering in expanding and enhancing current product portfolio.
4. get the knowledge of the main competitors in each customer segment (utility, epc’s, oem’s, etc), market prices, average required lead times, technologies accepted in regards te energy products.
5. responsibility to inform and anticipate huge tenders that will require the building of inventory not based on monthly-historic usage.
6. create a consistent “base business” in each of his customer segments, avoiding the high dependence at cfe purchases winning just huge projects to achieve fy targets.
7. create and implement a consistent action plan with focus on his major key accounts with the goal to increase his sales by 30%.
