We are currently hiring new team members in mexico for a customer service solution for auto dealerships in the united states.
we currently have 30+ agents working from home for them, so we know it's a very stable position.
our client provides customer retention solutions for the automobile industry including manufacturers and dealerships in the us.
some of the services they include:
inbound appointment call scheduling
recall support
service crm tools
outbound call campaigns
sms texting platform (advisor to consumer)
mobile payment platform (advisor to consumer)

responsibilities:
in this role, consultants will accept and handle inbound calls from dealership customers with the intention of a final resolution.
this includes:
inbound appointment/ advisor/ dealership requests
coordinate / schedule customer service appointments
use scripts to help guide each call
manage and document process in respective crm tool and software(s)
required equipment:
laptop/ desktop with i5 processor and 8gb ram or higher
hard wired internet
schedule notes:
40 hours/week
5 days/week with one weekend and one weekday off
qualifications:
- excellent english skills (verbal and written)
- 1 year of recent customer service experience in an english-speaking call center environment.
- 35+ wpm
- professional and friendly phone skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule
- ability to multi-task and use multiple software(s) concurrently
- friendly & empathetic
