televisaunivision is seeking a talented and energetic display & programmatic media manager.
your day-to-day:
* define and manage paid marketing strategies in dsps, programmatic guaranteed, pmps, and direct media for the vix brand.
* generate analytical reports to showcase results and understand performance trends.
* monitor campaigns by providing actionable testing, audience optimizations, and creatives to improve conversions, ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual goals on time and within scope.
* advanced use of metrics and reporting from web analytics, ad serving, and app tools.
* stay up to date with the latest trends and products in the digital ecosystem and propose ideas and recommendations.
* ensure correct trafficking for cm360 placements.
* collaborate with marketing specialists from other channels such as sem, social media, uac to understand the complete strategy.
you have:
* bachelor's degree in communication, business administration, advertising, or marketing.
* 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
* data analysis and acquisition metrics (conversion, cpa, cpi, cpc, cpms, etc.).
* experience in understanding attribution flows and platforms (appsflyer, kochava, cm360, g4).
* expert in microsoft tools (excel, word, outlook, powerpoint).
* excellent oral and written communication skills in both english and spanish.
* curious and eager to always learn and stay updated with the latest industry news.
* willing to work in mexico city.
