Pool concierge responsibilities
as a pool concierge, you will serve as a key point of contact for guests and vip guests throughout their stay at the hotel, providing information about the hotel and its surroundings.
what will i be doing?
as a pool concierge, you will be responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests, ensuring exceptional service at all times. You will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
1. serve as a key point of contact for guests and efficiently respond to their inquiries.
2. provide information, advice, and booking services for a wide variety of guest inquiries, including pool activities, restaurant reservations, recreational activities, and more.
3. process and deliver messages for guests.
4. manage and safely store guest belongings in the pool area.
5. stay current with all hotel services, daily vip requests, and special events.
6. ensure orderliness and safety guidelines around the pool area and surrounding spaces.
7. provide support to management as needed, especially in emergency situations.
8. project a professional demeanor with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service.
9. maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment.
10. act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front-of-house equipment and property management systems.
