Job requirements:
1. graduate of marketing or related course
2. with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the construction industry
3. with experience in attending pre-bid conferences and coordination with clients on projects for bidding
4. excellent communication and presentation skills
job summary:
5. the marketing officer is responsible for developing all marketing initiatives and strategies in line with the corporate objectives, within the organization. Responsible in creating plans for marketing activities and campaigns.
6. assists the marketing head in ensuring that all marketing objectives are met and achieved
7. conducts research and evaluates market trends, competitors, and other information that affects marketing strategies
8. provides suggestions and present to the marketing head regarding marketing projects and overall strategy
9. suggests and reviews marketing strategies/ plans and campaigns before implementation
10. prepares marketing materials, such as but not limited to marketing brochures, company profile, company presentations; website, etc.
11. organizes and/or attends marketing events such as but not limited to marketing conventions, symposiums, promotional activities, etc.
12. attends pre-bid conferences and clarification meetings; prepares initial project information
13. coordinates with clients regarding the project for bid, consolidates and submit bid proposal on time
14. responsible in accreditation to clients
15. monitors the impact of marketing strategies adapted on the sales plan
16. prepares marketing records, documentations and reports
