you’re going to be talking to clients a lot! You’ll be cold calling, prospecting, pipeline building. You’ll be selling trans-pro’s full scope of services. You’ll negotiate with shippers and carriers across north america and mexico, always ensuring an optimal level of service and profit maximization. You’ll sort out client issues and always leave them delighted in the end, because you’re brilliant at customer service and problem solving!

You’ll start off with a usd $1,500 monthly base salary plus 8% commission on gross margin. Once your portfolio of clients reaches our set kpi targets, you’ll transition to 100% commission. The possibilities are truly interesting!
