In this role at arrow electronics, a typical day involves managing and updating sales compensation data, ensuring accuracy in incentive payments, and resolving discrepancies. You'll collaborate with sales, hr, and finance teams across various time zones, requiring effective communication skills. You'll analyze performance metrics and assist in developing new compensation plans, using advanced excel for modeling. Handling variable workloads is essential, especially during busy sales periods. Additionally, you'll participate in meetings, provide guidance to less experienced team members, and continuously work on improving and automating compensation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. What you'll be doing: support the hr organization with information regarding the sales plans. This includes analysis and design to accurately reflect payment related to performance for all sales divisions at arrow. Maintain and update compensation information pertinent to each division. Support the verified accuracy and timeliness of payments; submit this information to payroll as requested. Answer questions from sales employees regarding compensation. Support activities needed for the development, implementation and administration of incentive programs and policies. Manage workday reports. What we are looking for: 5 years of experience in financial, business/commercial performance analysis; a 4-year degree is preferred in economic-administrative fields. Advanced excel skills are non-negotiable. Proven effective verbal and written communication skills (fluency in english is required ; all applications must be submitted in english). Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, problem solving skills, analytical skills. Previous knowledge in sales compensations & human resources is desirable.
