job overview
we are seeking an experienced hr business analyst to support hr processes and applications for our us operations. As the bridge between business stakeholders and it teams, you will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining hris solutions. This role requires strong functional expertise in hr applications such as successfactors (myhr), jobvite, and other saas solutions, along with hands-on experience in business analysis, software testing, api integrations, and data mapping.
key responsibilities
* collaborate with stakeholders to understand hr business needs and translate them into functional system requirements.
* lead workshops to design, implement, test, and provide training for hris solutions.
* validate business systems and maintain solutions through effective monitoring and incident resolution.
* ensure compliance with company policies and biomérieux's quality system guidelines.
* document functional requirements, contribute to change control governance, and oversee configuration management.
* drive data quality and process improvement initiatives by modeling best practices and establishing kpis.
* identify risks in project deliverables, propose mitigation strategies, and develop alternative solutions when necessary.
* lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes.
* champion user adoption efforts related to new applications, change management processes, and support models.
* foster collaboration between local and global is and business teams.
* keep up to date with the latest hris trends and enhance functional knowledge.
* work with api integrations to facilitate seamless data flow between applications.
* perform data mapping and staging to support hr processes and analytics.
required skills & experience
* 5+ years of experience as a business analyst within hr and it environments.
* strong expertise in hris systems, particularly sap successfactors (myhr), jobvite, and saas solutions.
* experience in business analysis, software testing, and api integrations.
* knowledge of data mapping, data staging, and functional workflows.
* ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* proven ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across global teams.
* strong understanding of hr business processes and associated system requirements.
* certifications such as ccap, ccba are a plus.
