your tasks
responsible for the customer service / sales scheduler area, leading a team to the following processes:
1. processing complex external and internal customers' orders process through the whole process chain, as well as monitoring kanban control loops to the customer, or controlling consignment movements in clearly defined contexts
2. ensuring complex customers' orders to be delivered to the customer, by setting daily, weekly and monthly priorities for production planning in cooperation with internal positions impacting the production plan
3. raising awareness for customers call-off fluctuations and demand de- or increases effecting production
4. ensuring customers satisfaction by communicating appropriately about delivery dates, current supply situation, constraints, complaints, damages, or changes within drawing status in clearly defined contexts
5. clarifying root causes for inventory level differences in cooperation with responsible persons in clearly defined contexts
6. determining, entering and managing it-based master data for area of responsibility
7. actively checking customers portals for new logistics requirements, customers performance evaluations and logistical claims
8. contributing to achieve planned finished goods stock level for complex running projects, as well as complex ramp-ups, phase-outs, relocations, and ecns
9. improving delivery service level constantly, by optimizing logistics costs in clearly defined contexts
your qualifications
10. 2-5 years experience of customer service positions
11. bachelor's degree in foreign trade, logistics, engineering
