- track and evaluate the key performance indicators of the operation.
- elaborate and submit the kpi reports to the direct boss.

- advance english skills. (fluent conversation)
- advance excel skills.
- experience 3 years in contact center. (desired)
- experience 3 years as operation manager or operation coordinator.
- administration or economic degree.
- management of key performance indicator.
