Stellar, the leading music marketing agency for the world's most renowned artists, is looking for a spanish-speaking music marketing intern with an ambitious personality to join our latin team.

1. passionate about regional mexican, latin music, and pop culture.
2. digitally connected, with a deep understanding of tiktok trends, creators, and audience behaviors.
3. charismatic and outgoing, skilled at building relationships with influencers and clients.
4. proactive, problem-solving oriented, and independent, capable of taking the lead and driving results.
5. extremely organized, able to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat.
6. always bringing a positive attitude and ready to adapt in fast-changing environments.
experience in influencer marketing is a plus, but we're open to ambitious individuals with the right energy and enthusiasm to learn.
as a key part of our latin team, your main focus will be on signing and managing influencers:
1. build a network of at least 50 high-performing, highly active tiktok influencers who can create impactful videos within 24 hours of a campaign launch.
2. develop creative strategies with influencers to promote artist releases, ensuring content feels authentic and engaging.
3. scout, onboard, and manage new tiktok creators who are passionate about music.
4. establish and nurture relationships with influencers, helping them grow while aligning their work with our campaigns.
5. collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns follow a cohesive creative vision.
beyond this, there's incredible potential for growth:
1. develop new business opportunities, such as partnerships with promoters or brands.
2. open doors to festivals, concerts, and other events based on your success.
3. drive brand deals that create even more opportunities for artists and creators.
you'll work on groundbreaking campaigns for artists like hozier, billie eilish, karol g, myke towers, miley cyrus, kali uchis, doja cat, james blake, peso pluma, natanael cano, and many more.
