our people & culture leader focuses on developing, implementing, and supporting people-centric tools, processes, and systems across dawn to add value to a broad range of talent management and organizational development initiatives. As a member of the global people team, this position will report to the senior director, global people & culture and collaborate with other team members and key partners across the broader people team and business to implement and reinforce core programs, including but not limited to performance management, recognition, diversity, equity and inclusion (de&i), learning and development, and employee engagement.
*responsibilities*
- contributes to the overall dawn people (hr) organization through people & culture processes, programs, and initiatives.
- collaborates regularly with the global people & culture team and cross-functional departments to define and improve the end-to-end employee lifecycle and experience.
- partners with latam people team and latam leaders to drive awareness and engagement in people & culture processes and initiatives.
- administrates a variety of solutions within our cloud-based people center platform (performance management, learning, recruiting, onboarding, etc.) delivered through successfactors.
- supports the diversity, equity and inclusion (de&i) programs and initiatives.
- coordinates and promotes courses and development experiences across a variety of platforms, including a learning management system (lms) and linkedin learning.
- conducts surveys and supports analysis of people perception. (engagement & belonging)
- participates within and contributes to cross-functional projects
- coordinates the analysis and diagnostic of training needs in the organization, to reinforce and reroute the strategy of training.
- generate training and development plans answering the necessities and initiatives in the company, to achieve the required skills in different job levels.
- gives support in administration and achievement of all the requirements in sgcsa and normative associated (iso 9001 and fssc 22000) in terms of communication and training for all employees.
*qualifications*
- bachelor’s degree in human resources management, labor relations, industrial/organizational psychology, or a related field required
- at least 5+ years’ experience delivering results within hr, talent management and acquisition/people and culture programs preferred
- solid interpersonal and communication skills
- english language written and oral proficiency/fluency
- research and analysis skills, including presentation of themes
- ability to facilitate effective learning development programs
- demonstrative ability to develop and deliver people-centric guides, tools, and materials
- self-motivated; takes initiative; able to work within a dynamic environment
- organized and able to manage multiple priorities
