responsibilities:the candidate should have a deep understanding of agile principles and practices, and hands-on experience in conducting scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Candidate must have extensive real-time experience in implementing scrum agile methodologies.the candidate should possess strong monitoring and reporting skills to track the progress of the sprint. They should be capable of implementing effective metrics and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into the project's status, identify bottlenecks, and take appropriate actions to ensure smooth execution. Additionally, they should be proficient in using agile project management tools to capture and analyze relevant data for reporting purposes.the candidate should have a mindset of continuous improvement and be able to drive initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the scaled agile transformation. They should encourage the adoption of agile best practices, foster a culture of experimentation and learning, and facilitate retrospectives to identify areas of improvement. Their ability to implement feedback and adapt the agile processes based on lessons learned is essential.the candidate should possess excellent communication and articulation skills.
