the human resources department is responsible for the administration and development of the human capital of the idb group, providing services to idb invest.
the main functions of the department include managing the entire employee lifecycle, overseeing the implementation of the people strategy, and implementing programs and methodologies in direct support of the idb's mission.

a master's degree is preferable.experience: a minimum of two years of sourcing/recruiting experience with a focus in the financial services industry in latin america and/or the caribbean.languages: excellent written and verbal skills in english, with a strong preference for additional knowledge of spanish.requirementscitizenship: you are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries with residency or legal permit to work in selected countries.consanguinity: you have no family members working at the idb, idb invest, or idb lab.remote modality: the selected candidate will not provide services from the bank's office and will not be provided a physical space on the premises of the bank's country office.
