We are seeking a strategic and people-focused hr business partner (hrbp) to join our growing team. The hrbp will serve as a key advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on employee relations, organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning.
key responsibilities:
• partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into hr initiatives that support business success.
• provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• coach managers on performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
• analyze hr metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve productivity, employee satisfaction, and retention.
• act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
• lead or participate in hr projects and programs related to diversity and inclusion, compensation, learning and development, and succession planning.
• ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across all hr practices.
